Print 1-019 - After the Winter Melt

I don't often walk around in the city with my camera, but lucky I did this night. Each year in the spring, when most of the snow melts, the waters rise. This spring in Ottawa, it was particularly bad, but the city lights caught it just right. Print P1-019
