Keep moving, especially in the winter. This keeps me warm and more importantly, mentally stable during our cold winter months. This shot taken early one very cold morning in Montreal at Cap Saint Jacques Park. I love how this shot captures the sunlight on each little yellow leaf. Print P2-003
